Returns Policy

When your return is received, it will be checked by our company and after confirming the integrity of the product, we will contact you by phone to process its replacement.


The costs of returning the products are borne by the customer. does not guarantee the safety and insurance of returned products.


The product must be returned within 15 days from the day of receipt. Proof of the date of dispatch is the courier's stamp. In addition, the product must be unused and have all the company's tags. Also, the product must be in its original packaging and in excellent condition like the original, without damage or alterations.


No return will be accepted if it is not approved by the company. The retail receipt or invoice accompanies the product. Before receiving the returned items, our company does not reserve/commit new product(s). reserves the right to reject returns of products that are stained or have evidence of abuse, in accordance with the terms of the Returns Policy mentioned above.


Procedure for Changing Products through a Store

The change of any product purchased through can be done in person at our store after consultation.

Changes must be made upon presentation of the product receipt and within 15 days.


Defective products

When the product has an obvious manufacturing defect, it will be replaced (depending on availability) with the cost of return borne entirely by the company
